Get started in Runnrr

    Connect Claude Code

    Open Settings, choose the AI tool connection and follow the setup for your own account.

  2. Step 2

    Make the task clear

    Open a task on your board. Describe what a useful result would look like and add the relevant supporting files.

  3. Step 3

    Start the work

    Use the run action in the task inspector. Review any requests for approval while the work runs.

  4. Step 4

    Check the result

    Review the output before using it. Keep useful material with the task and update the task when the work is complete.

What you end up with
  • The request and its background stay close to the work.
  • You can review progress and decide which actions to approve.

Questions before you start?

Do I need a separate AI subscription?

No. Scanning, reply drafting and project chat work inside Runnrr. Optional Claude Code and Codex connections use your own accounts.

Can it send a client message for me?

Keep client communication under your review. Runnrr’s built-in reply feature prepares text for you to edit and copy; it does not send the message.

Do I need to know how to code?

Runnrr’s board, scanning and drafting do not require coding. Claude Code is optional and has its own setup and capabilities.
