Execute complex workflows reliably.

Turn work from messages, calls and emails into completed tasks in your tools. Runnrr fills forms, updates records and follows up through integrations or computer use. Talk to sales to build and test a workflow for your team.

We’re looking for companies to help shape and test focused workflow pilots.

Start with one team, even in a large department.

Choose a recurring workflow with a clear owner and a result you can check. We work through the requirements with the people who do the job before expanding the scope.

Map the actual work

Show us recent requests, the steps people take and the systems they use. Include handoffs, customer preferences and the exceptions that take extra time.

Agree on access and review

Define which information is needed, who can approve changes and how incomplete work returns to the team. Assess each required system connection before starting.

Measure a complete outcome

Compare the effort and quality with your current process. Use the results to decide whether to keep the pilot, change it or expand to another workflow.

See the work through, across your business.

Build and run the automations your workflow needs.

This company service is arranged separately from the Mac app. Tell us about the manual work after a message, call or email, and we’ll agree a focused pilot to automate and execute it.

Connect through an integration

Use a suitable integration to read the required information and carry out agreed actions in your business systems.

Use the software through its interface

When a suitable integration is unavailable, use your computer to fill forms, enter information and operate the application’s interface. Test the steps, exceptions and recovery with your team, and agree the reliability requirements before relying on the workflow.

Use Runnrr for client work today.

The Mac app finds requests in conversations, keeps their context close and prepares replies and follow-ups for review. Building and executing company automations is a separate engagement. Contact us to agree the workflow, systems and scope.

Before we get started

Can you automate our whole process today?

We start by checking the workflow and its requirements with you. The first pilot has a defined scope; support for your booking, accounting or other business systems needs to be assessed before we promise a connection or action.

Will we need to replace our current tools?

We work with your existing tools. Where a suitable integration exists, we assess it for the workflow. Where it does not, we assess computer use: operating the software through its interface. We agree access and review requirements before a pilot starts.

Who controls what the AI does?

We’ll agree which steps can be prepared, which require review and how exceptions return to a person. Runnrr’s current app does not send messages automatically.

How much does a company pilot cost?

Scope and any costs will be agreed before a pilot starts. The existing Runnrr Mac app is free to download and use.
