Connect Granola in runnrr and scan your recent calls. runnrr pulls the commitments and mentions out of each meeting and shows them for review. Accept the ones that matter and each becomes a card on your Mac with the meeting note attached, so Claude Code starts from the call rather than from a blank prompt.
The attachment is the point. A pasted action item says what to do; a card with the transcript behind it says why, for whom, and what was actually promised, which is the difference between a useful agent run and a plausible-sounding wrong one.

Step 1
Run the meeting in Granola as usual
runnrr does not replace Granola and does not sit in your calls. Granola keeps doing the notes; runnrr picks up at the point where the call ends and the follow-up gets forgotten.
Step 2
Connect Granola and scan in runnrr
Sign in to runnrr, connect Granola, and scan recent meetings. Unlike a local agent run, this step does leave your Mac: the meeting text goes to our server, which sends it to Claude to extract the tasks and hands the cards back. It never reaches our database, and skipping the scan keeps the meeting on your machine.
Step 3
Accept the real commitments, dismiss the noise
Scanned items land in your Inbox for review rather than straight onto the board. Accept the things you actually promised, drop the rest. This review step is what keeps the board from filling up with meeting exhaust.
Step 4
Hand the card to Claude Code
Press play on an accepted card. Claude Code starts locally, reads the card and the attached meeting note, and works from what was actually said on the call. Approve each tool call as it goes.

Questions people ask before trying it
Do my transcripts get stored by runnrr?
They never reach our database. During a scan the meeting text passes through our server, which sends it to Claude to extract tasks, and it sits in temporary server-side cache only so a repeat scan does not refetch the same call. That cache is discarded on its own.
Do I need an account to scan Granola?
Yes. The Granola scan is the one feature that requires signing in to runnrr. The board, notes, files, and local agent runs all work signed out.
Does every action item become a card automatically?
No. Scanned items land in your Inbox for review first. You accept the real commitments and dismiss the rest before anything reaches the board.
