Get tasks done with Runnrr, Claude Code and Codex.

Use Runnrr for reply writing and project routines. Run research and coding tasks with your own connected Claude Code or Codex account.

Choose how the work gets done.

Runnrr writes replies and produces enabled project routine outputs without another AI subscription. For research and development work, connect your own Claude Code or Codex account and run the agent from a task.

Brief the result you need, include its supporting context and let the connected agent carry out the work. Review progress, requested approvals and the output before using it.

Get started in Runnrr

  1. Step 1

    Use Runnrr for everyday work

Runnrr writes replies after scans. Enable project routines for follow-ups, meeting briefs and weekly updates, then review their results in For you.

  2. Step 2

Add another tool when it is useful

For tasks that call for research or development, open Settings and choose Claude Code or Codex.

  3. Step 3

Give the task a clear brief

Write the intended result and keep the supporting information with the task.

  4. Step 4

    Review the work

Use the task’s run action for the connected tool. Check its progress, approval requests and result before using the work.

What you end up with
  • Everyday follow-ups work without a separate AI subscription.
  • Connected agents can carry out research and development work from your task brief.

Questions before you start?

Do I need a separate AI subscription?

No. Scanning, reply drafting and project chat work inside Runnrr. Optional Claude Code and Codex connections use your own accounts.

Do connected tools use my own account?

Yes. Optional Claude Code and Codex connections use your own account and any usage limits or charges set by that provider.

Where does the AI work happen?

Your board stays on your Mac. Built-in AI and connected AI tools use online services for the information needed to do the work.

Find the right fit
