Get one workflow running in your existing tools.

Start with a new enquiry or recurring client request. Runnrr maps the steps, connects your existing tools and tests the workflow with your team. One agreed job, up and running in 2 weeks.

Runnrr handles setup and testing. Your team brings the recurring request, access to the tools and one person who can agree how the work should happen.

From the first call to a workflow your team can use

  1. Illustration of mapping a recurring job: bring together a request, its documents and the steps to complete it.

    Walk through the work together

Show Runnrr an anonymised enquiry or client request and the tools your team uses. Together, choose one workflow with a clear start and finish.

  2. Illustration of connecting the agreed tools around one workflow, with a person reviewing the work.

Runnrr connects the steps in your tools

Runnrr connects the agreed calls, messages and business systems: collecting information, assigning work and updating the right records. Scope, price and access are agreed in writing first.

  3. Illustration of checking an original document against the saved result and flagging an exception for review.

Test the work from start to finish

Runnrr tests cases with your team and checks the result in the destination system. Agree answering, sending and handover rules before the workflow runs.

What you get

  • Hands-on support, from mapping the process to reviewing the results.
  • One custom workflow that checks incoming information, carries out agreed actions in your tools and verifies the result.
  • Written setup, access and data-handling arrangements before live data is connected.
  • A check of the workflow against the result agreed in writing.
  • A written quote for the agreed workflow.

What your team brings

  • A recurring job and anonymised examples of how it works today.
  • One person on your team who owns the workflow and can make decisions.
  • Approved access to the agreed tools and time to test the workflow.
  • Time to test the result and flag exceptions. Answering, sending and handover rules are agreed for the workflow.
  • An honest conversation about the results. Any public case study needs your separate permission.

Runnrr handles setup and keeps the work running.

Start with one enquiry or client workflow. Runnrr agrees the connections and handover rules, then tests the result with your team.

$299

Before setup, Runnrr agrees one result you can check. If the automation isn’t up and running within 2 weeks, or doesn’t deliver that result, Runnrr refunds the $299.

Agree the work before connecting your tools.

Runnrr agrees the work, responsibilities, price and data arrangements in writing. Booking a conversation does not commit your team to a service. The scope and data terms are signed before live setup.

Questions before you start?

Can the AI processing run on our own hardware?

We can scope local AI inference for the agreed workflow. We assess the model and hardware, then test the setup before using live data. Connected services such as WhatsApp, email and your business systems keep their own processing and storage arrangements; we document those separately. Local AI inference on your hardware is priced separately from the US$299 setup.

Where will our data live?

That depends on the tools and workflow we agree. Before connecting live data, we document the systems, hosting locations, providers, retention and deletion arrangements in your workflow’s data terms. We do not promise that all processing stays on your device or in one country.

Who can see our data?

We agree the named people and service providers who need access before setup. Access is limited to the agreed workflow. Start the conversation with an anonymised example; do not send client records through the enquiry form.

Which steps stay with our team?

We agree which system changes need approval and how incomplete work or exceptions return to your team. Your team reviews and approves every outgoing message. Those controls are defined before we connect live data.

What does the workflow setup cost?

$299 one-time setup. One workflow, up and running in 2 weeks. Before setup, Runnrr agrees one result you can check. If the automation isn’t up and running within 2 weeks, or doesn’t deliver that result, Runnrr refunds the $299.

Is this already a finished industry product?

No. Runnrr is new. These are workflows we propose to configure and test with clients, not a catalogue of ready-made industry integrations. We assess the workflow and your tools before agreeing what to build.

Bring the work your team keeps doing by hand.
