Spend less time chasing quotes, samples and sign-offs.

Clients send ideas by email and messages, suppliers send quotes, and someone has to keep the project list up to date. I build one workflow in the tools you already use, so requests turn into tasks, quotes get logged and you can see what’s still waiting on the client.

Works with the project, CRM and email tools your studio already uses, like Houzz Pro, Programa or Studio Designer.

Where the hours go

A client approves a fabric. A supplier changes a lead time. A contractor asks which tile was picked. Each one means finding the right project, updating the list and writing a reply.

What one workflow can look like

  1. 1

    A decision comes in.

A client approves a fabric by email.

  2. 2

    The project gets updated.

Runnrr logs the decision on the right project and updates the order list.

  3. 3

    The next step is drafted.

Runnrr drafts the order email to the supplier.

  4. 4

    You check it.

Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Other jobs I can take on

  • Logging supplier quotes and flagging the ones waiting on a client decision
  • Chasing clients for sign-offs, with only the items still open
  • Keeping lead times and delivery dates current on each project

Help shape Runnrr as a founding client

Runnrr is new. I’m looking for a few firms to test one real workflow with me and tell me what works and what doesn’t.

$299

Before I build, we write down one result you can check. If the automation isn’t up and running within 2 weeks, or doesn’t deliver that result, I refund the $299.

Read the pilot agreement outline

After the pilot, if you want to keep it running, I’ll quote a monthly price in writing before you commit.

I reply within one working day.

Dmitrijs Vitjazevs · Founder of Runnrr

I started as a paralegal at Shearman & Sterling, so I know how much legal work is chasing documents and retyping details. Since then I’ve spent ten years building products and automation. Most recently I was Principal PM AI at Easygenerator, where I worked on automation for large companies such as PepsiCo and Danone. Before that I worked with Eneba and founded Corgee. Now I do the same for small firms, one workflow at a time.

PepsiCo and Danone were my past work at Easygenerator. They aren’t Runnrr clients.

Now I help small and medium-sized businesses automate work in the tools they already use. I start with a small scope, written data terms and results your team can check. The companies above are part of my previous experience, not Runnrr customer references.

Questions

Do I have to change my project software?

No. I build on top of what you already use and check the connection on the first call.

Does Runnrr design anything?

No. It handles the admin around the project. Every design decision stays with you.

Tell me what your studio keeps doing by hand.
