runnrrHow I handle your firm’s data
Short version: you choose what I connect, your team approves every message, and I write down where the data goes before any live records are used.
What I connect
Only the tools we agree for the one workflow in the pilot. I don’t ask for access to anything else.
Before live data
We write it down first: which systems, which providers process the data, where they’re hosted, who can see it and how long it’s kept. You sign that before I connect anything real. Until then, an anonymised example is all I need.
Who sees it
Me, and the named providers in your pilot’s data terms. Nobody else.
Which providers
The AI drafting uses Anthropic’s Claude API. Your own tools keep their own storage. The full list for your workflow goes in your pilot’s data terms.
GDPR
If you’re in the UK or EU, we put the data processing terms in writing before live data is connected. You can ask me to delete your data at any time: dv@runnrr.io.
What I don’t claim
I don’t promise all processing stays on your device or in one country. I’m not certified to ISO 27001 or SOC 2. If your firm needs the AI to run on your own hardware, I can scope that separately.
